Waplug is a WhatsApp API provider that enables businesses to send automated messages, OTPs and run campaigns. Our website address is https://waplug.com.

Comments

When visitors leave comments we collect the information provided in the comment form plus the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent string to help detect spam and abuse.

An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to Gravatar to check for a profile image. After approval, your profile picture may be visible next to your comment.

Media

If you upload images, please avoid embedding location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors may download images and extract metadata such as location from them.

Messaging & API usage: Logs and webhook events are retained as required for compliance, operations, and fraud prevention.

Your rights

If you have an account or have left comments you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal or operational retention requirements (billing, fraud prevention, compliance).
